FAQ
Will the training be too difficult for me?
Each workout offers the option of scaling the exercise level. If you find that you are unable to perform a movement, you can use an alternative exercise. This means that you can be sure that you will benefit from our workouts regardless of your level of advancement.
Additionally, as part of each training program, you also receive the TFS Intro plan, which is designed for beginners. Thanks to it, you will learn how to perform exercises correctly, go through basic progression and prepare for the main program.
What do I need for training?
As part of the training program, you receive 2 versions of strength training: Gym and Home. It’s up to you which plan you will do. You can stick to one of them or mix them up during the week. In the gym, we use basic equipment such as a barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, a bar, a box, gymnastic rings or TRX. However, for the “Home” version of training, you don’t need any equipment. You can do most of the exercises with just your own body weight, but additional accessories such as resistance bands, dumbbells or a bar are welcome 😉
We design endurance training with a bike or trainer in mind. An alternative option is running, an Airbike or a rowing ergometer.
Which training program should I choose?
Start by asking yourself what discipline is your priority and what goal you want to achive, then choose the right one. If you do Enduro and DH choose TFS Enduro. If want to move better, get stronger and improve your physique choose TFS Hybrid Athlete. However, if you have non-standard needs and would like more attention from a coach, then choose an individual program.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into “My Account“. On this page you will see the currently purchased programs and you can fully manage them, simply and conveniently. If you decide that for some reason Train For Skills is not for you, you can cancel your subscription on the same day in a few seconds.
