TRAIN FOR SKILLSHow TFS works?
The goal of Train For Skills training is to improve your fitness and sports performance. By choosing one of our plans you get access to training tailored to your sport. You will have access to training through mobile app on your phone.
Which training program to choose?
Start by asking yourself what sport is your priority, what goal you have and choose the right one. If you do Enduro, then choose the one that prepares you for Enduro effort – TFS Enduro/DH. If you want to improve your physique then choose TFS Hybrid Athlte. However, if you have non-standard needs and would like more attention from a coach, choose an individual program.
What is included in the training program?
By choosing TFS Enduro/DH, TFS XC/Marathon or TFS Moto you will receive access to a training program tailored to your sports discipline. We create each program according to a 4-week periodization, which means that you receive a new plan every month. Every week, we update the plan and adjust the number of sets and repetitions so that you can make rapid progress.
You will have access to the workouts through app on your phone. Each workout contains a detailed description and demo videos for each exercise, so that you do not have to wonder if you are doing it right.
As part of each program you receive: fitness tests and tips on how to improve weak points, strength training at home and in the gym, performance training and mobility sessions.
During the program, you can contact a coach and count on our help.
What do I need for training?
In the TFS Enduro/DH, TFS XC/Marathon, TFS Moto and TFS Hybrid Athlete, you get 2 versions of strength training: Home and Gym. You decide which plan you will do. You can stick to one of them or mix them up during the week. In the gym, we use basic equipment such as a barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells, a bar, a box, gymnastic rings or TRX. However, for training at home, you do not need any equipment. You can do most of the exercises with your own body weight, but additional accessories such as resistance bands, dumbbells or a pull-up bar are very welcome 🙂
Treningi wytrzymałościowe przepisujemy z myślą o rowerze (szosa/enduro) lub na trenażer. Alternatywną opcją jest bieganie.
Won’t the training be too difficult?
Each workout has the ability to scale the exercise level. If you find that you are unable to perform a movement, you can use an alternative exercise. This ensures that everyone will benefit from the workouts, regardless of their level of advancement.
Can I train at home?
Yes, you can choose to train at home or in the gym. You can also mix it up.
How can I cancel my subscriptions?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into “My Account”. On this page you will see the currently purchased programs and you can fully manage them, simply and conveniently. If you decide that for some reason Train For Skills is not for you, you can cancel your subscription on the same day in a few seconds.
Who is Train For Skills?
Team TFS is a well-coordinated team of specialists in their field. The CEO and S&C Head Coach of TFS is Artur Hryszko.
Why do I have to pay by card?
Group programs are subscription-based, where you pay by card when you order. This means that payment will be made automatically and you will receive your workouts faster. You don’t have to worry about anything. You can cancel your subscription at any time in “my account”. Your data is not stored or visible.
